I ve been in a diet for two weeks and the only thing i lost is 14 days.
My doctor told me to avoid 4-men dinners.....unless there are other 3 peeps on the table.
Without good food, alcohol and smoke, you dont live longer, it's just that time seems to pass slower.
Horseriding diet:
Morning:
3 croissants
Butter
Jelly
Doughtnuts
Coffee or juice
Then 30 mins horseriding
Noon:
Steak
Chicken
Salad
French fries
Beer
Then 45 mins horseriding
Afternoon:
Cookies
Coffee
Doughnuts
Then 15 mins horseriding
Dinner:
EVERYTHING, stuff ur stomach it doesnt matter.
Then 1 hour horseriding
It's guarranteed that the horse will lose 45 kilograms in 2 weeks.
