I don't think Kanye hates Eminem. He said that Nicki Minaj had insane potential to go down as an all time great, but she won't ever make it to #1 because nobody is touching Eminem. He also said that he had a verse set for Forever, heard Eminem's and went and cancelled all appointments for two days and re-wrote a verse.

Eminem already mentioned he was initially going to diss Kanye during his "dark" days, but then decided not to. He obviously doesn't favour him all that much if it got to the point where he wanted to call him out.
