Getting adjusted to MMLP2 and the new style it brings reminds me of what it was like to get into Eminem in the first place. When I first discovered Eminem, for real, I was an emo metal kid. All of a sudden this completely new style of music was captivating me and there was nothing I could do about it. I'm getting the same vibes from this new album... and 10 years from now when Eminem is truly the GOAT (can't say for sure, but I doubt anyone will match his old stuff or MMLP2) this album will be viewed as his supernova. The finale of a star that burned so bright.
STILL hoping it's not his last though.

Rock Bottom is better than any track on MMLP2 but I think MMLP2 might have more songs I'll like in a couple years

nah, for me sslp is #2, ES is #3 and MMLP2 could be #4, but right now i dont think it can mess with one of the big 3, at least not yet... always takes a while to really know how much one likes a record

Yeah, SSLP is lacking in the constant splitting of sentences at the snare, the long pauses after shouting the last word of a line to wait for a place to start the next line that doesn't fit, and the corny punchlines.
