MMLP2 stomps the crap out of Relapse.

I'm honestly not ready for this yet either because I love Relapse. But I was more satisfied on first listen with MMLP 2 than I was with Relapse. Relapse honestly took me a second listen to fully understand it.

Probably MMLP2.

Hard to say...

I think Relapse is more unique and more similar to MMLP than MMLP2 in the sense that it's almost entirely head-to-toe of a set of themes and a mindset.

If Relapse ended without the 3 ugly ducklings at the end then prolly Relapse.

But as a cohesive album - MMLP2. MMLP2 was also a bizarre yet very fun 'musical ride' upon first listen. Very surprising and musically satisfying.

I think I was a bit more excited with Relapse initially though. It was like hyper excitement.

Dunno, it's too soon for this. All I know is that MMLP/SSLP/Eminem Show > MMLP2 so far. Imo Relapse and MMLP2 are at the same tier at the moment, I think alot of you will feel like this once you let the album sink in for a while.

I love Relapse but it gets retardedly overrated here and only here.

I don't think so.

People here say they love it but the brilliance and consistency in the track flow and also his writing throughout gets glossed over.

And it only makes up for how the album gets absurdly trashed elsewhere.

I love Relapse too but there are more let down tracks on there compared to MMLP 2… I'm having a tougher time finding a bad track on MMLP 2 besides maybe Asshole and The Monster… If Asshole had a better beat I think it would be a much better track… But overall I would much rather have MMLP 2 over Relapse...

When i hear relapse it feels like a movie. It has a vibe, a feeling.
It doesnt feel like 20 tracks, it feels like ONE big big track.
When i bump relapse i am at the relapse mode and full in it.
I never can hear one relapse song allone.

I dont know yet if the same will happen with mmlp2. Probably not.
I think as an album relapse is a classic. But there is NO classic track on it.
When I bump relapse i am in the "relapse world", i am somewhere in bagdad smoking a waterpape and after that i rape some girls.
I can picture the songs i my head. Every little detail.

My vocie goes to MMLP2. Why? Simple...I listen music dependig on my mood, and damn sure I ain't always in a mood to listen about a crazy mofo killin bitches and choppin' 'em up and what not. If I'm feelin' good the last thing I wanna hear is someone stickin' a fuckin' wirehanger in a slut's cunt. MMLP2 has all kinds of songs, inluding the hippity hip hop mirracle lyrical shit and sounds a lot better in his normal voice, even the parts with accents on MMLP2 sound better than on Relapse.
At least I know that I don't know...question is: are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid?!-hope so!!!
