Already posted. Considering they hate on new Eminem, not bad that's his lowest so far.

The one's that count, Em is still at 77-78 average. Same as MMLP and more than TES, though those albums are better for sure.

The fact Em is scoring in the 70's means it's pretty damn good, critics have been the fondest of Em, even on his undeniable classics.

Not true. There were several 5-6 at first with Relapse and Recovery man. Even lower.

If it scores in the 70's on a metacritic, that's a victory. His classics didn't score higher than 75 and 78. That's why critics is a bad argument. Yeah it's nice to see good critical reviews, but when critics would have you believe MMLP and TES are 7-7.5 albums.....that's not too great to go by. Critics have never been too fond of Em.

I don't see why people care so much about reviews, sales or awards. No matter what Eminem achieves, the fact that the regular listeners don't see Eminem for what he truly is still stands. This makes him a visionary ahead of his time. And, there's no greater honour than being hailed as such years after their prime. It's the place where Bowie is at right now.
