What is the summary of the song? It is confusing , as he complains about his childhood and mother then says Take a second to listen for who you think this record is dissing. IS he dissing his father? OR everyone?

Dissing his mother.
He's asking to people who to that point were thinking he was just dissing his mother just to get more popular and controversial to "take a second to listen" and actually get that he really meant those things and that he needed to get them out off his chest.
