Sad that Rapdose and Vibe probably won't count though.

Rapreviews usually count for Metacritic. 8/10

""Eminem is such a talented writer, a master of delivery and tension-building, one wonders what he could accomplish if he turned his gaze outward. As in the past, there are hints of the world beyond his self-constructed funhouse—“This whole world is a mess/Got to have a goddamn a vest on your chest/And a Glock just to go watch Batman”—but as always, the topic zips back to family or fantasy.""

Absolutely. Totally agree with this @ wishing Em would look outward more now.

Though one major improvement / great sign with MMLP2 is that he's turning his personal life in to serious self-mockery and more driven by fictional narrative or themes again... which is what he used to do with shit like "Brain Damage"...

Since TES he became so seriously self-obsessed, in such a real-world way. Which I know a lot of Em fans seem to love and lap up, but I find it tedious at this point... a waste of his amazing talents.

"Bad Guy", "Rhyme or Reason"... these are much better.

A lot of the links/pics I've posted in the last year or so, if they're dead, there is a probability that I have archived it on Archive.today.

If you need to reach me for any reason, message me on Hip Hop Shelter.

in Beautiful Pain, he takes one subject, and doesn't sway to talk about himself or rap or his family, hopefully we see more of this but not about "motivational subject" like in BP.

That one of the things I loved about MMLP2, I loved his SSLP slapstick narration, and this reminded me of it.

Will still probably score in the 70's on metacritic. That's pretty good for an Eminem album. He's never been well received by critics.
