The period right after MMLP, so 2001-2003. Devil's Night, The Eminem Show, 8 Mile. That run was incredible. Imo his peak was on Devil's Night tho. There's also gems like Nail in the Coffin and The Sauce from the same period and many more.

How come so many people voted for 2001-03? I love the Eminem Show and the songs from 8 Mile, but surely the way he spits on SSLP, MMLP, Devil's Night, 2001 etc. is the best Em!

his best? either right now, or the year or so before he did 8 mile. he was never the same after that but after 10 years he's getting close

Really want to say 1999-2000 since I love the MMLP but ultimately 2001-2003 was when he was at the most productive and was the undisputed man in hip hop
