Eminem did say once in an interview that sometimes he'll mention someone or something just because it happens to rhyme.

That was clearly a lie though, especially given the people he was referring to at that time.

Surely they're relevant to him because he's well aware of them but I don't think there's a big meaning behind all the names he mentions.
