I already explain this but the cd only had like a half week of selling. Something went wrong in shipping or whatever. Plus with the extra buzz because of the EMA's etc I think it'll do better next week. Tommorow the new position will be published, expect a post from me then.

Nowadays people use them interchangeably but technically Holland is the name of two western provinces (North- and South-Holland).
