Eminem Crying?

So, I've come across this gif where Eminem is crying (or it looks like he's crying). People say it's from MTV,but the MTV website uploads all of their interviews and I spent a lot time trying to find this footage where he is crying. Does anybody know where this is from,or how I can find the actual footage? Thanks.
