I prefer that, honestly. Em would seem like such a dick if he had said something like "nah, fuck Macklemore, you know what I'm saying." I do doubt that he has actually heard The Heist or even knows what Same Love is, but even if he hates Mack's music, there's no need to say anything about it. I like the professionalism.

Well if he did hate it (and I'm not saying he does / isn't being honest) he could still say something like "It's not for me, but I can see the talent and wish him well" - you can be professional and still be honest. You don't have to lie.

Smh at some of the posts here... yes, Em does say "dope" too much, but in this case he said a lot more - that Macklemore is technical and has incredible concepts... not to mention that he answered a question about Macklemore and Ryan Lewis on facebook, saying that he likes their album... why would he choose to answer that question out of thousands of others if he wasn't sincere? I think a lot of the times when he said "he's dope" about someone he didn't mean it, but in this case he clearly did.

I still can't over the fact that he actually had a song with Lil Wayne and said that Wayne and Drake were "killing it".
Like okay, his fucking opinion but I kinda don't care about his opinion about musicians anymore because it doesn't make sense.

Macklemore is at least a decent rapper, unlike Wayne and Drake.
