MMLP2 Elimination Thread: BAD GUY WINS

Man, I swear, how Brainless or Rhyme Or Reason isn't the favorite track for a lot of you shocks me...not calling the other songs bad or anything and I know everyone's got opinions blah blah blah, but if you're a fan of Em's old shit then you should like those songs...both of those songs are 1000% Eminem to the core along with songs like So Much Better and Baby. I don't understand it...you people wanted old Em and when he gives it to you, you guys dislike them lol.

Evil Twin is quite Eminem too but less than the songs I mentioned above.

Lol it's true, you just don't want to admit it. Come on lol. ONE verse should not put a song over a bunch of other songs with GREAT verses dude. Just like how one verse in a song shouldn't automatically make that song horrible, just how one line shouldn't make a whole song horrible. One verse should not have people going totally gaga over this song. It's a great song lol don't get me wrong I haven't even voted for it yet but it's honestly very very overrated homes.

Now I get why the other Bad guy verses are average, he's rapping as Matthew okay. Still doesn't stop it from being average.

The only song I would say that is kinda "old Em" is Brainless. SMB too. RoR is great and I love it, but when it's going against songs like Bad Guy, legacy or Rap god it just isn't as good. SMB has some cringe-worthy lines, and the beat is kinda scust imo. It takes me outta my "zone" after RoR. Baby is 2013 Em. Nothing old tbh.

And while we're at it. Legacy is a better song than Brainless, yet people voted for it to go. I mean I could say the same, if you are a fan of Em, you should love Legacy

RoR ? the song where he starts promising and then drifts in a complete different direction during the verses ? Bad guy is perfectly structured, even though the rhymes are kinda weak. That doesn't matter in that context since Stan doesn't have great lyrics either.

I'm starting to believe that you would put Baby over Bad guy because he rhymes more syllables

Rhyme or Reason, as a song, is much better than fucking Rap God. What is Rap God? 6 minutes of "FLOW FLOW LOOK AT THIS FLOW OH YES FLOW".

I'm ok with Brainless or Bad Guy winning. They're probably my two favorite song on the album.

My vote goes to Rap God, I mean it's a great song but maybe it should have been gone a little bit earlier

Notalius, I do like Baby more than Bad Guy. Baby is in my Top 5, Bad Guy isn't. I thought you knew that. I like Legacy but Legacy sounds more like a Recovery song to me. He did songs like Rhyme Or Reason and Brainless far before he did songs like Legacy. He started doing songs like Legacy on TES.

I don't like Baby JUST because he rhymes well lol. I love the beat, his delivery and flow, I enjoy the lyrics. I enjoy everything about it. Sorry others don't feel that way. I can understand why people like Bad Guy more than Baby but I don't.
