Even if people aren't feeling the hooks or the music, no one can say that Eminem himself disappointed because he went hard. Even on The Monster he delivers some good verses.

What technical skills are these? Sure, he's rhyming well, but he's been doing that since Relapse.

His flow is the major flaw with this album, and that's certainly a technical aspect.

You're demonstrably wrong. MMLP2 is a kick ass anthem

Hopsinshadie you used to bitch about the album and complain about his flow. What happened?

I was expecting a replicated version of MMLP, but now realize it's his most impressive album ever

Ah, Impressive as far as this point in his career, then definitely. I do know it was one of his hardest albums if not the hardest to make and also pull off successfully. This album was no easy feat whatsoever.

Evil Twin is one of the most technical songs he's ever done. It's full of wordplay, complex rhyme schemes, metaphors, etc.

I see the and can almost agree with the point you are trying to make about the latest album. I would agree if you said it was the best album he had in the past decade. But I believe for his career his best album, skill wise, musically, and content wise I would have to say was The Eminem Show. Even though I prefer and believe the original MMLP, I believe TES is where his lyricism reached a new level, the content was still amazing, and he self produced pretty much all the songs on the album. I do agree the MMLP2 is one of his better albums talent wise with songs like Bad Guy that just kills it. I just believe TES is just a little better talent wise.
