For non-rap reccs, Kiss Land is probably the most underrated album this year next to WMWTSO. Prob. top 2 The Weeknd releases ever.
Daft Punk's R.A.M and Tyler's Wolf are also dope from a sonic standpoint.

I would but I haven't even listened to that much hip hop albums from 2013, lmfao... I've listened to more general music tho.
