I have trouble listening to Recovery now

A few weeks ago I tried listening to recovery in full but it was awful. It just sounds like the label wrote the songs and made em rap them. Of course, there are a few good songs but the album as a whole is unbearable. It's mostly an album for angsty teen girls.

Please don't just jump on the bandwagon. Recovery isn't good, but it's certainly not for angsty teen girls. Considering the first lines on the album are "YOU CAN GET THE DICK, JUST CALL ME THE BALLSACK, I'M NUTS!!"

I like Encore better than Recovery. More replay value and a true Eminem feel throughout.

It's a mediocre mainstream sound adapted to Eminem's lyrical-stylized content.. it's POOP even if it has Em's tweaks to it..

Space Bound is one of the most painful things to listen to.. it's hard to even imagine that Eminem WANTED to make that song. And, please don't try to redefine what "mainstream" is to suit your petty argument. Eminem IS MAINSTREAM.. look around you buddy boy.. Millions upon millions of records sold.

I'm just saying, I'd rather sit through an Encore listen and skip the middle songs that deserve a skip, then sit through Recovery and skip just about every other song....
