All these are slant rhymes.. Rhyming the vowel sound without rhyming consonants.. Hand and rag dont have rhyming consonants OR vowels (the a in rag is a long aaa sound while in hand it has a mini e before it so the a has a different sound). It's because the n can't go directly with the d so it changes the a sound instead (you can't pronounce the word hand with an aaaa sound). The only place Eminem does something like that here is "bad" and "hands" but he's changing the rhyme there.
