I understand what you're saying, but the dude grew up.
The last time Em went along fully with his Muse was Relapse and you see how that turned out. Eminem, as an artist and as a person, cannot create in isolation. The results will turn out like Relapse; disproportionate, skewed, overly obsessive about the minute detail but ignoring the whole, no dis as Relapse is a cult classic, but Em needs people around him to feed off their energy and be abreast of current pop culture.
Jimmy and Rosenberg have his ear, as they should, they're his boss
and his close friend but I don't think either of them can coerce Em into doing shit he isnt comfortable with, if they could we'd have had several Justin Bieber collabs and a Tyler feature.
Em likes Rihanna, he likes to do songs with her that turn out to be massively successful. I don't see how that is a bad thing.
