I wouldn't go with the whole "music is subjective" argument, even though it is applicable, I'd say take into account the reason the album was made; I'm not going to listen to a 3oh!3 album and judge it with the same criteria I use for a Daft Punk or Prince record.
It was meant to be a "fuck off" record, and it pulled it of magnificently.

The day Encore came out,i rushed to the city and stood outside a record store waiting for it to open.After The Eminem Show,my expectations was pretty high,so i walked in and bought it,rushed back home and popped the cd in and boy was i let down..i got a bad feeling right from the start when Evil Deeds played.
When i had played through the whole cd,i just sat there and had this empty feeling inside,the record didnt do shit for me.Lol

I have never been so disappointed by an EM record ever.
I liked Yellow Brick Road and found Puke funny at the time but other than that it was a total let down.

What im trying to say is the shit is trash,point blank period.

But i loved and still love We As Americans and Love You More.
Ricky Ticky Toc is not bad either.
