just before "woke up again..." there's sound of loadin' weapon, gun and than he start to rap with... "machine gun" flow and after "...mad at an ex" you can hear him in the background doin' "da-da-da-da" in the rythm of that flow

I think the background "da da da da" sounds like a quiet distorted version of what he's saying coming a split second after he actually spits it so it sounds kinda like mimicking in the background. So hard to tell though
