Top 10? Shit, that's hard.

Intuitively I'd say yes, but it's due in a big part to newer stuff... even from 2009 - sounding a bit cooler than shit I have heard for 14 years in a row. It's really tough to remove that bias.

Regardless - I'd say (without naming my top 10) that "Stay Wide Awake", "Deja Vu", "Cinderella Man", "Almost Famous", "Rhyme or Reason" and "Rap God" are all worthy top 10 contenders, and a couple more too, but again, it's too hard to officially say or try compete them against THE classics due to newness bias. Leme see...

1. Criminal
2. Stan
3. Lose Yourself
4. The Way I Am
5. Till I Collapse
6. Drug Ballad
7. Kill You
8. Sing for the Moment

Hmmm... Yeah I could prolly put a handful of Relapse, Recovery or MMLP2 tracks in those last 2 spots. But it''s fucking hard actually when I think of all the classic late 90s shit even. I mean, as fucking dope as "Almost Famous" is... does it belong there more than even "Till Hell Freezes Over"?... not so sure. Although there-in lies the VINTAGE bias; that feeling of when he was totally new and original in your mind. Hard shit yo.

I think only maybe 1 or 2 songs post 2009 are worthy of being in my top 10 Eminem list. It's easier to think about a top 50 list but even then a shitload of songs get left out. Fuck. Eminem, why do you have to make so many great songs?
