It may not be your ideal song and that's okay because it's all subjective.

I agree :y:

I also like artists that make songs they want to make that they can relate to themselves, not Eminem making a song for all you anxious teenage fuckups to relate too and be all like "OH MY GOD I HAVE A SHITTY PAST TOO I CAN RELATE SO MUCH IS THIS SONG ABOUT ME" fucking faggots.

He was rapping about his troubled past? Huh, I guess it's a bit hard to tell under all of the layers of Eminem trying to be "deep" by using big words.

Ma nigga Satan. NWO eatin 2014.

It seriously sounds like a Froggy Fresh song, everyone is dodging that fucking comparison. Compare it to something like Same Old Kid or something.

Oh wow, actually reading the lyrics to some Froggy Fresh songs, the resemblance is scary. Though I don't think Froggy has wrote something as ridiculous as "THEY TOOK YOUR HEART AND STOLE YOUR LIFE". Eminem's a fucking alien if he thinks people actually say "THEY STOLE MY LIFE."

My opinion of it is that the whole thing sounds forced, but I guess that's just how I hear it. He sounds like he was struggling to put any real feeling into it because he didn't give a shit about it.

I feel that he put a lot of attention to detail on the track and it show from the phrasing of his words as well as when he changes his delivery as the song begins to build up.

Another thing is how pure this song is like there is like one curse word, just one lol that's fucking insane lol an Eminem song with on curse word and he used it to convey the intensity at that point of the song where he change his delivery to a stronger/aggressive delivery.

Very true. I actually expect more things like this in the future, not necessarily the sound, but the vaguer, poetic language he uses in this.

It seems sincere, hook is good (not the best on the cd or bonus cd but damn good), the lyrics are fitting. He sings well in it as well. People can relate to it, mostly girls obviously but people can still relate. His voice sounds good in it, nothing is overdone with screaming, accents, nothing. That's just my opinion.

I enjoy the song. not sure if i feel it should be on the album or not tbh but i think its a solid fucking song

Maybe that's part of the problem, I don't connect with it at all so it doesn't feel sincere to me.

Idk, maybe youre right, and it's obviously for girls...but I just feel like the sincerity behind it makes it genuine. And coming from a man who obviously hates women (which I can somewhat relate to) this song has meaning.

I guess it certainly makes a difference to how you perceive the quality of the song depending on how it connects to you.

yeah i must agree with that. to me it just sounds authentic. plus he did he a great job with it. i mean imagine thinking eminem has a song somewhat empowering women getting over a break up...to me this is amazing in those regards. and every girl has been through that.

Just curious, what's your opinion on Wicked Ways? I thought Em' didn't fit on that beat at all.

i thought he could of been better, only in that sense that he coulda fit more with the hook.

other than that, that song was awesome, one of my favorites from the album hands down. his rhyming, especially on the first verse i loved. i thought he killed both verses. each were awesome for their own reasons. so i assume we disagree on this but i loved it.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of it, I like it more now than when I first heard it, but it's still not my favorite. It sounded like he stole one of Yelawolf's beats and felt uncomfortable on it to me for some reason. I liked the rhyming on it, but as a whole song I don't find myself listening to it a lot.

yeah see i love it. his rhymes, like i said in the first verse...are awesome.

the second verse with his voice changing and rhymes as well, plus the overall feel of the verses i thought was great. really with this made the album. it woulda fit instead of asshole for example. or the second last song due to the skit. obviously was made as the last song imo due to the skit.

I love Asshole (heh), but I really wish he would have picked a better beat. I don't hate the beat, but sometimes it's like getting raped in the ears with sandpaper.
