Same here. I almost never listen to anything from that time period, even "No Apologies". Just the vibe and knowing what era it was released just turns me away from it.

It was such a drop off in quality and just hit me surprisingly hard -- I can't explain it.

To have SSLP, MMLP, TES, 8 Mile where every song, every feature, every verse was flawless -- to go to the Encore era. I really have no explanation for it. It was just a really bad time to be an Eminem fan.

I try to pretend that entire 5 year block never happened.
