Spider-man would realistically die from one shot by Mega-man. Spider-Man's mortality is what gives the entertainment value of the shows, films and comics, but 1on1 with another superhero he would be made to eat shit etc.

Megaman can touch spidey and gain his powers, and yes this is originally the concept. Hes got the rush adaptor, an array of many weapons, hes a robot so hes stronger and harder, spiderman cant do shit. Puny webs.
