Hell yeah I respect him. The dude has gone through so much in his life and still jokes that he complains even with all the glitz and the glam, like at the end of So Far.... I don't know anyone who'd be so unbiased about themselves. If I knew him, though, I'm not sure if I'd get along with him. I will admit that his interview responses tend to bore me and he tries to avoid intriguing questions... Which makes me wonder if he's a fun person to hang with. lol

My first instinct was to say that we don't really know what Eminem actually does in his private/personal life...probably not that much, given how obsessed he is with his work.

So Far was all we can really go on, when you think about it. He plays Zelda on Nintendo, eats spaghetti and hamburgers, then does stuff with his kids.

I do respect Eminem A LOT as a person and he's really an inspiration to me but that's mostly because of him winning his batle with addiction, getting clean and climbing back to the top after almost dying

Had he died on the overdose I think I would feel sorry for him and label him as a victim to the industry and that's the way I would respect him, but it's nothing compared to what I actually do today

Shit is even more amazing if you think about how many artists ended up losing the batle he won, like MJ, Whitney and plenty of others. Maybe that's why I love Recovery so much
