I decided not to watch this season and just wait for the final episode and watch the whole 10 hours in one night.

Why is that?

I honestly can't wait for their parts. They're gonna have some pretty heated conversations and moments.

not really, they just are stalling to the author can finish the books, as ive heard they generally go hand in hand. exception of the red wedding of course.
Sophie Turner as Sansa will be like 25 supposed to be 14. same with Joffry and Ariya.

but HBO and the writers know how the books will end, so they can pass the author should it come to that.

i know i just said they know how it ends...

meaning the long gaps between seasons isnt neccessary.
yes every show takes breaks betweens seasons. lets go with a longer season show like 24
goes from September for 12 weeks which takes it to december where they take an xmas break.
then return in January, with random breaks for baseball or awards shows or what have you, most shows finish in May. you have Septermber-May, then only 4 months to wait until next season.

GoT goes april through mid June assuming there is no weeks off. then you wait until april again...
adding to the fact they DVD's dont come out until March

yeah they film in a shit load of countries, but if they know the continuing plot, and are only on air for ten weeks, then can start filming while or before the "current" season airs to be ahead.

love the show and complaining wont change anything lol
just saying there is no reason to take so long given they know the future storyline.
could even realease the DVD months before they do too.

heard that the last 2 books are going to be 1500 pages each

i guess each season corresponds to one book, but the last books will be so long they will split seasons.
making the show 8/9 seasons.
at ten episodes thats not bad but.

thats 9 years for a show. Sansa/Arya/Joffry will be 30 year olds playing teens lol

If you think this has a happy ending, then you haven't been paying attention
But yeah, the Starks (and Jon Snow) are onto something this season don't worry.

The possibility of a Happy ending has been outta the picture for a long time now... as a matter of fact my fave characters & some of those beautiful wolves died early on or on the way already.

Thanks though... Good to know I like Jon Snow a lot.
