I think maybe these were written when the albums dropped and that's why they might sound over-the-top excited. When I first heard Recovery, it was extremely fresh and unique sounding because it had been awhile since we heard Em's normal voice combined with good writing, but the replayability factor comes in heavily after you listen a few times. So it's just a "good" album and nothing more.
Re-Up is a decent mix of songs but it's nothing special. Some are great (No Apologies) and some are trash.

Lel, gotta be kidding me pham. Relapse is much better.
Listen to how well songs like ''Stay Wide Awake'' and ''Same Song and Dance'' have aged, and how impressive and immersive they are when you play them... in comparison to most Recovery shit.
Recovery's stand-outs (CWB, WTP, GTC, SB, CM + AF) aren't as unique or brilliant as Relapse's. And Relapse totally has its own sound and feel which is unique to hip-hop history... where as Recovery is just Em trying to conform to the latest trends, with 'hot producers' - demolishing any unique musicality and aiming for cheap pay off.
