Write Marshall Mathers story based on solo albums

Im curious how do you guys see Marshall Mathers as a person based on his work so far. Everyone has a diffrent perspective and to describe him with his actual work is more accurate then trying to do it with words. Well u can also do it with words, but who would bother to read 50 fkin paragraphs of raw txt.

What i would want you to do is pick exactly one song from each of his solo albums. But don't choose the songs u love, choose the songs that will create the story of Marshall Mathers and his personas as u see them. Pick as many themes as you can, so u don't make poor Marshy monothematic. But if u feel like he is monothematic, then just create cheesy family song set O.o. Imagine u need to describe Eminem to someone who doesnt know a thing about him, and u need to do this using his songs. One song from each solo album.

I think a better way to approach this idea would be to imagine you're creating a playlist for someone who doesn't know much about Eminem, or better yet has a negative opinion of him. You would want them to understand (Not agree with, but to understand) him from all angles; which admittedly there are a lot of. From his huge understanding of music in general, his personal backstory to help explain where all the troubles and controversies have stemmed from, his schizophrenic nature, how Shady is just a character he uses as an excuse to be an asshole.

You can't really capture his story accurately using just 1 song from each album because each song, each album, is so intentionally a different aspect of his life. Each song is another chapter, each album is another volume. He'll drop fresh info into a majority of songs, pick up on them later or in another album entirely. It's a concept that a lot of people I know, don't realise he does. It certainly needs more than 8 to piece together.

All I know is I'd perhaps end on Evil Twin just because the 'We are the same' thing perfectly sums up him and Slim. It's the most recent advance in his narrative.
