I went on Rap Genius on the So Much Better page and the description said it's a modified version of Criminal, is this true?

I wouldn't say it's a modified beat, but I can easily tell where that description is coming from. Similar to the whole Deja Vu/Crack A Bottle/Cold Wind Blows thing.

Sounds pretty different to me.
Either way both beats are awesome and that should be the kind of beats he raps over for an album, he always sounds best over piano and thump. Just sounds dramatic and cool af.
