you don't seem to have developed a physical addiction to the nicotine yet, so there's still time to turn back without it getting nasty. you seem hooked to the ritual of it, so find something else to fill that with, try joints/blunts instead as a safe substitute, and if you can't afford enough weed to satisfy that craving then buy a nicotine-free vape pen. and shit, if you're not actually hooked on the routine of smoking then your possibilities are endless. just find shit to do with your hands, i've been fingerboarding for like 14 years almost, and i'm always building rc's or working on my b, just keep your hands busy dude. whatever you do don't resort to cigarettes, especially prerolled/packaged ones that have gone through the chemical enhancement process. 500,000,000 deaths per 365 days is the statistics in my country alone, and that's just direct deaths not including death due to illnessess developed as a result of smoking them. this is the definition of an epidemic.
I mean, that's crazy info there man. I find that smoking is needed to calm myself down at times. Distraction from smoking would always be PS3 but it won't happen when I'm outdoors. It's really scary to die because of something you choose to do ie smoking.

No problem. Done it for a week, and also a month. No problem at all.

Roughly 3 years. My first light was when I was 15. I hated it. Then at 17 I smoked a pack. Still hated it. At 19, I smoked around 5 packs for one whole year and then stopped. At 20, I started smoking once a week. Gradually increased to thrice per week. Then by the time I was 22, I smoke one stick at least per day, as I mentioned.

Ps. addicts don't usually self proclaim themselves as one unless they like the attention of being an addict more than the actual substance.
I guess a pack a day is addiction?

Perhaps I'm not addicted. At this rate of one to two packs per week? It's hard to confirm.
