How else do you think he was capable of writing such multis?
He said it many times (most recently in the Art of Rap documentary), he tries to sandwich his rhymes and he constantly writes, a person that does that can't possibly write his lyrics line for line. He writes words, ideas, punchlines...etc

When I plan my classes I almost never write anything, I just draw a lot and write key words, it looks about as messy as the picture in OP lol. The important thing is that you understand it yourself.
