This is really a nice signature. Nice Vektor brush on the background :D. really 9/10.

i've got one little advice, The scanlines. Just Put a Selection.
Than go to Select -> Feather and put it on 4 Pixels, en then fill it with your pattern. Then you have a kinda Gradient of Scanlines.
