someone please help me!!

i have Mozilla Firefox and when i go to download extensions nothing happens. i click download and it looks like it will work fine

but when i hit "Install Now" nothing happens



it shows that there is nothing to install but i just clicked on the install button. if any of u know or think you know how to fix it please tell me

I know a lot of computer (software) and.. i really don't know an explanation. Maybe, just uninstal Mozilla en download again.

Control Panel -> Ad/Remove Software, there Remove the Mozilla software and instal it from Mozilla.org

Do that, en if the problem is still there, say it.
And take a screen.. (Prt Scr. button, next to F12).
Then go to Paint (edit -> Paste) Save That. But i think that you know this .

Hey, i searched a lil bit. cause that probs, they must go away.
This website is in Dutch, so you can't read it. But if you scroll down, you see lots of screens. And that Mozilla is in English so.. look at the screens, i'm sure that you understeand it.
