Powerade is a lot better than Gatorade

Pretty sure everything in Australia is made to a lot higher standard than anything in America though. We don't use High Fructose Corn Syrup, for example.

i dont drink pop or milk or juice or anything anymore. pretty much all i drink is water and tea.

Same here, 1 bottle of water, but I have to force me to drink because I'm never ever thristy. I could spend 3 days with half glass of water.
