Myself & my mate made $529 - the most money I've ever seen in one place - and we busked for like 5 or 6 hours.
It was fucking glorious.
I'd stand there freestyling - which for some reason I can do really well, I don't give a fuck if you disagree haha don't call yourself an MC if you can't freestyle #FACT - and my friend would play his guitar and sing inbetween so I could catch my breath.
I'd freestyle about people around me - their clothes, start mocking them in a comedic way or mocking myself - and that brought in some dosh because people knew it was off the top.
If you're good then there is definitely some money in it but not enough to live off unless you live in a city area - whereas I live in a town with a population of 30,000 so it isn't that big haha
