This does concern me a little. I don't want Em to try to become more and more complex until it stops being enjoyable to listen to him.

Eminem was born on October 17th making him a Libra under the Zodiac signs. The Libra is represented by scales and is thus a fairly balanced personality.

Justin Bieber (mentioned at the beginning of this verse) was born on March 1st and is a Pisces which is considered to have a mysterious and calm personality.

Judging it purely based on astrological signs, it seems like a Libra and a Pisces would get a long together rather well, unfortunately Eminem is refuting that he is anything like the Biebs. In 2011, social media was alight with a possible diss to Bieber on his song “A Kiss” with Royce Da 5'9". In his song “Evil Twin” Eminem makes a reference to this theory, stating “mess with the Bieber”.

In 2013, Eminem invited Bieber to spend the holidays with him to fix his mischievous ways, just a month later Bieber was arrested for a DUI this might be why Em mentions him wylin' the fuck out in the beginning of the verse.

In addition, Bieber has tattoos on his arms colloquially referred to as sleeves which were unveiled on March 2014, 4 months before this song was recorded.
