How much do you read your dreams?

Postby gutawafang » Aug 8th, '14, 05:36

I'm referring to dreams at night.

Do you actually interpret them closely or always brush them off like it's another dream? Of course, most of the time you don't remember them. But what if you remember a particular dream, or a nightmare? Do you analyze them?

I had a dream where an angel asked me who my god is. And another dream where I went to Mecca for prayers. It's phenomenal.

But I also had another dream when I was a child where I met the devil who told me not to attend religious classes. I overheard my parents talking about sending me to religious classes and then I asked my parents when I woke up that I don't wanna attend religious classes because someone just told me not to.

idk but I had a dream not too long ago where I was taking a shower while Kim Kardashian was scrubbing the toilet butt ass naked. I'm still trying to decipher my dream.

Nah, I read books.

I don't think dreams tell you anything you don't already know/feel.

I love dreaming and anything dream related.

I think Deja Vu is connected to people's dreams and the reason its familiar and you've been there before, is because you have in your dreams. I think the strangers we meet in our dreams are someone we haven't met yet but they are real people, living real lives. I long for the day I walk past someone and know who they are from one of my dreams.

I'd had a rocky relationship with my Dad for 15 years and had reoccurring dreams with him in them, trying to get away from extreme weather and mainly tornadoes. The tornado represents love and hate, I love tornados and want to go storm chasing in tornado alley one day and the hate is getting away from them but me trying to escape my Dad. He was always with me when I was trying to escape them. I haven't had one since we've resolved our issues this year though :y:

I love dreaming about people I have lost in my life as I think it's a way of contact. I don't think there is an afterlife as such, I just think dreams play a big part in life altogether. Life is a dream, I think we wake up as someone else when it's our time to go. My little sister passed away 13 years ago and she drops into my dreams a couple of times a year, but she has grown and is not the same age which always freaks me out when I wake up. I lost a mate Christmas 2012 and we were real close a few years back, spent many a time talking about life/dreams etc. He's only dropped in once or twice but it's never been vivid enough, think it's because I haven't let go yet and I want to see him.

I don't think all dreams mean something but I usually know what they mean when they do. I know what I block out in my waking life or what issues I have, so when they occur in my dream I know I need to start facing them or what I need to deal with.
I occasionally refer to my dream books for guidance if I know my dream means something and I can't work it out as I don't always have the answers to myself.

That's actually really cool in a way. Members of my family who have passed away are in my dreams regularly but they always look the same age as when I last saw them.

I dream about my mom , who passed away many years ago a lot. And she is never dead in my dreams. She looks just like she used to. Recently my grandmother passed away, and I already dreamed about her too.

It's a very strange feeling when I wake up.

Hesky wrote:I had an incredibly weird dream last night.

It was arguing with my dad at the start about God knows whatImageand I went out for a walk to the park, which is something I'd never do. I saw Shad there and we began talking (It's the first time Shad has appeared in one of my dreams I think) generally. He said he'd moved into a house near the park. The houses all looked North American in style for some reason. He said he'd moved into a house with his brotherImage

A while later I went over to his house, and his brother was sat outside of the house at the front. He was sat in a chair and he looked almost identical to Shad, except he was cross-eyed and had a big belly. I gave him a nod, and there was no response. I knocked on the door, and two dogs that were also there began yelping and tugging on his brother as if something was wrong. He was dead, and when Shad answered the door I told him his brother wasn't breathing.

At this point his brother was now slumped in the chair, and Shad propped him back up. Then, as we took a closer look at his brother, maggots were emerging through wounds out of his body. I can't really remember much after that, the dream kind of just faded out.

Strange ass shitImage

  no wonder he was cross-eyed...poor sod.

My grandmother passed away one/two weeks ago, and two days ago I had a dream where I was talking to her. Then I started thinking «wait a minute, isn't she dead? How can I talk to her? Where is my grandpa? Wait, is HE dead?»

It was weird.

What's worse is that I am practising lucid dreaming, and yet I couldn't tell it was just a dream...

My sister isn't dead in my dreams, just aged how I think she would have done over the time she hasn't been here, I don't recognise her but it's her. Then I have some dreams where she's little... Weird.

What the fuck you smoking Hesky?

My bed is a sort of cabin bed thing with storage space underneath. It's pretty decent but just recently it's sort of caved in at one side so I'm just waiting for it to collapse one night when I'm sleeping

NothingImageI think it's my mattress affecting my sleep. I got a new one a while back and already it's in worse condition than my old one.

Hey, you have my favourite laughing smiley - sneaky!

I don't think that shit comes from your mattress dude haha
