How was he wrong on My First Single?
Tryna pick up where the Eminem show left off
But I know anything's possible
Though I'm not gonna top what I sold, I'm at the top of my game
That shit is not gonna change, long as I got Dr. Dre on my team
I'll get away with murder

Bolded for emphasis.
He's at the top of his game/not gonna top what he sold, could either mean he's performing at the highest skill or he's at his biggest and the previous sentence (not gonna top what I sold) seems to imply that he meant biggest.
As long as I got Dr. Dre, I'll get away with murder
Or making fart sounds, and spitting almost nonsensical rhymes on the song.
Encore did sell 8 mill copies domestic, IIRC.
Honestly dunno how anyone can think My First Single is wack, btw.

"And call the Slim Shady LP the greatest
The Marshall Mathers was a classic
The Eminem Show was fantastic
But Encore just didn't have the caliber to match it
I guess enough time just ain't passed, yet
A couple more years, that shit'll be ill-matic"

Nobody calls SSLP his greatest and Encore will never be on the level of illmatic

he is probably talking about critics having the SSLP as his greatest album since he was talking about them rating everything with a 3 ..

Most critics consider MMLP to be his best album. Hardly ever do you see someone have SSLP as their favourite. Its like that amongst fans too if we are being real

He wasn't making laughable songs about absolutely nothing with fart noises and filler tracks like My 1st Single, Rain Man, Big Weenie, Ass Like That, etc. and it wasn't even a studio album.

That's like saying "NO YOU'RE BOTH WRONG, HIS LOWEST LOW WAS WHEN HE WAS ON THE TOILET OVERDOSED BRAHS"

A lot of the links/pics I've posted in the last year or so, if they're dead, there is a probability that I have archived it on Archive.today.

If you need to reach me for any reason, message me on Hip Hop Shelter.
