As an employer of people to fill those positions I can tell you a CV/resume with a cover letter stands out and I'll read it first. I don't care what job it is, a well presented CV won't go unnoticed.

That's true, they stand out and most of the time people who really need the job tend to do cover letters instead of just sending resumes everywhere.

For my last landscaping job, the interview was:

"You like working outside?"

I do.

"Okay you start Monday"

My interview for the position I was working at the desk was interesting.

"Do you know how to use [x] computer program?"
Yes.
"Are you able to talk to the public"
Yes.
"Okay, go talk to [supervisor] you start training today"

Oh and by the way people who don't know much about this nig, Silver doesn't have any kind of serious physical disability, he just allowed doctor's and the school system to tell him he was mentally handicapped, and he has happened to let that be his excuse for a very long time as to why he can't even go to school or work.

I mean, he's physically and mentally capable enough to mug people and break his mother's arm over $20, atleast.

There are people with down syndrome who have jobs here, there is literally no excuse

There are employment centres which exist completely to help people in Silver's position find work and help him with his resume for either free or very little payment. There is no excuse.

He only has asperger's. I've never heard of that impacting a person's ability to work. I guess it could if you have a job where you have to interact with people.
Btw, I've never had a job either but that's because I'm focusing on school. Silver, you should see if they have a program called vocational rehabilitation where you are, they help people with disabilities find and get jobs and your benefits won't be cut.
