While it feels strange to hear, the Rap God is hinting that he sometimes feels like he’s close to retiring.

Being 41 years old and spending many of them with rapping, a good comparison for the situation Em is in right now is repeating a word until it doesn’t sound normal anymore.

But once he realizes that rap is the only thing he’s good at, he snaps out of it and gets back in the booth.
