I've always liked When I'm Gone, it's one of his most depressing records. The beat and chorus are just so damn haunting.... it's a damn near suicide letter.

The Sweden line has got to be one the stupidest things people bitch about on this forum btw. The writing on the song definitely gets lazy at times, but knowing where he was at that point in his career just makes what he's saying so genuine.... it gets to me every time.

I've never been a writing nazi either though, I listen to music for more than just the technical side of it.... if a record makes me feel something, it means more to me than something with impressive technical characteristics that doesn't make me feel anything.

Guts Over Fear is a decent record.... but Sia is terrible imo and that hook goes on for way too long. Would've been so much better if it was a solo song. If he wanted a singer for the hook, there are much more talented singers he could've sought out for it. Adele anyone?

But I guess Not Afraid 2 and more shitty pop singers on his songs is what we'll get from Eminem until he decides that he wants to be crazy again.

Probably because i overplayed Lose Yourself, but i don't like to listen to it anymore it is just boring to listen, just like 8 Mile & Rabbit Run for me.
