im really proud of this pick of mine......Valeri Nichushkin....pretty good steal....he's going to play with Seguin/Benn on the top line in Dallas...he got a goal and assist last night in the preseason!

Nich is sick. It still annoys me a little bit that Vancouver picked Horvat over him with our 9th overall in 2013. I mean, I love Horvat, kid is a heart and soul leader with an amazing defensive game and incredible faceoff ability. It's just that with the twins getting older, it would have been nice to have gotten an offensive juggernaut.

Luckily Shinkaruk and Virtanen seem to be really good.
