in Poland teoretically it isn't allowed, but there's no single test without cheating.. (ok, they don't cheat at high school final tests)
if the teacher notices that ur cheating, he only takes ur test or gives u D.. but mostly they don't see (or don't want to see, cuz sometimes it's too obvious)..
