Your ideas for rankings?

As we want you to feel part of TRshady.com and it's growth, we will often ask for your opinions and ideas and always listen to them, in most cases making our decisions on site changes.

Now, I want you to tell me your opinions / suggestions for the ranking system here at the forum. For those who don't know, tradittionaly it's worked like so:

When you join your user title is - Newbie
When you reached 100 posts - Addict
1000 posts - Senoir member ...

And so on, but what titles would you like on this forum?

I was thinking of using a 'Soldier' idea and having this kind of set up:

0-100 posts - In training
100-500 - Joined the force
500-2000 - Soldier
2000-5000 - General

The emphasis here has to be on the quality of forums and it's members, not how many boxes you have on so on, where the primary reason for posting would be to gain a reputation. With this kind of set up, there's less focus on this and the consequential crap.

The soldier one it will be nice but make something related to Eminem.

Nice idea Blueshift, but this is a Shady /general forum .. I don't want to much focus on Eminem which would otherwise turn people away. By having user titles unrelated to the forum, from experience it works better. Also not many would like to have groupie as a title, lol .. not much of a reward. =p

None the less, keep ideas coming ...

Here's the system as it stands:

1-100 - In Training
100-500 - In The Force
500 - 2000 - Solider
2000 - General

Then for those who reach 5000 ... you get Supreme Status.

Second Lieutenant (Bottom)

From that list, I'll even out things a bit and will add 'Captain' and 'Lieutenant' ... this is only a mock on the idea and I'm not getting an official squadron rankings.
