em probaly wears them when he doesn't feel like bleaching his hair and his dark roots are showing. he might also just be wearing them for fashion purposes.
i know a lot of bikers wear them too - u can buy them off the internet, just search for do rags or skullcaps or other related terms on Google, it's really not that hard to find
