Lil' Eazy E: Rebirth Of A Gangsta
DJs Warrior & Strong with Lil' Eazy E
The Prince Of CPT
He was only a month away from his 11th birthday when his father Eazy E passed away in 1995. Ever since the day, Lil' Eazy E has dreamed of picking up where his father left off.
Recognized by many as the Godfather of Gangsta Rap, Eazy E was also father to his own blood Eric Wright, Jr. As his father was taking hip-hop by storm with Eazy-Duz-It and a gang of Ruthless records, his son was growing up in the mean streets of Compton.
Eazy Sr. passed on the torch of gangsta rap when Lil' Eazy was 10, but while it may have taken a few years for Lil' Eazy to develop into a worthy successor, Eric Jr. is ready to take his shot as reviving the gangsta rap that once ruled the Compton kingdom.
Following in his father's footsteps (with HUGE shoes to fill), Lil' Eazy E is claiming the same Compton set as his father and finally ready to put his music out to the world. Signed to Universal Records, E is anticipating the release of his debut album (tentatively titled The Prince of Compton), which has is rumored to feature DJ Yella (NWA's dee jay), Ice Cube & Bone Thugs; production from Sha Money XL, Cool N Dre and Dr. Dre; and possibly a reunion from the living members of NWA.
Ready to go all out on the way to a major motion album, Lil' Eazy first wanted to serve the streets with his first mixtape everThe Game wrote:Your fanbase knew your gangsta is dying
So i won't stop till that wanksta retire
