urgent, safe mode

my computer went on safe mode, i got it to go back to normal but now my screen is all messed up

you know how it looks when you wash off a screen, welll now that is how my computer looks right now

i have no clue whats going on

left click on desktop, click on properties, click on settings and adjust the screen to how big/small you want it, aight then

if u wanna get the comp off safe mode then do the following:

1. Start

2. Run

3. type msconfig

4. a screen should pop up

5. go to boot.ini

6. uncheck safe mode and if there is an option of normal boot then check that

now correct me if im wrong aight, cos that seems to say that she is OUT of safemode, her screen is just fucked up.
so what i wrote was to help her fix her screen, nothing more.

I did that, and the safe mode came off, but now its like its locked or something because the images are blurry, my screen looks like i would have wiped water on it(you know how it looks when you watch the screen with water), well it looks like that

you tried what i said, properties and changing the res/color

Indeed, your color bits is on low level.
Propable on 4 Colors, put it on 32 colors.

And wtf are u guys talin' about to go in safe ?
When u start ur computer press F8 and u go in Safe Mode.
