ok, well im missin this and i cant run any messengers because im missin that, i downloaded it but i dont know what to do with it :unsure:

, only way i can think of doing it is to reinstall xp... what folder do i put wininet for it to work/install? or id there not a way to do it?

download this, unzip, put it in your windows folder, aight then

you unzipped the dll and dropped it into windows folder aight, try adding it to the program folder too and click on it too if that helps

yeah, i put it in all the folders and nothin, ima re install XP over night cuz last time i lost sumthin like that and i had to reinstall and it was all good :8)
