On the front page it says the most users ever online was like 105 or something on Dec. 10 of last year. I'm issuing a board-wide request to try and break that record tomorrow to break in the new year! It'll be a difficult task but it'll be cool to say 200 people online at the same time with the boards exploding don't you think? Questions or comments go ahead and leave 'em.

Good idea, but it means little and it only means we have a higher record to break. Let's set a date for upcoming Friday and I'll mention it in the next newsletter and on the site ...

Actually I change my mind, let's not try and beat it ... what does it matter if on one night we get huge activity and then go back to normal. I'm putting some real effort in now, you're going to see numbers increase every week now ... you can do your bit by spreading the word and getting other sites to link to us.

theres 39 on right now....the most i've ever seen on at once, so the site is getting bigger as far as the number of members.

I'll do what I can to get as number one in the Google searches! Although it may be a bit hard to top Em's own site lol. But in the week or two I've been here it does seem like we get a lot of members, so it seems like the community is indeed growing which is good, meaning maybe we can get some more ideas to make the site even bigger and better. Its cool to think if maybe one day we got so big that Em decided to move his official site here since we always have all the news on him and everyone else within a day of it happening anyway lol.

^ I'd never want to be the official site, you gotta understand there are huge differences. An official site is strictly corporate, only official content with main purpose for promoting, a fansite has creative control and can contain anything, I'd much rather have it that way.

We won't ever be number one for the word Eminem, but top 10 would be amazing. We're always The Number One Eminem Fansite so all is going well. I've re-written the main site code tonight, thought I doubt anyone will notice any speed differences, 3 new features will be announced, hopefully by Monday.
