Problem with avatar...

Whenever I try to put it as another avy, it says my profile has bin updated, but when I look, there is no picture, and sometimes it gives me a bunch of errors when I try to use a pic from my computer as the avy?

I dunno, does anyone know what might be the problem?

ALSO, does this forum allow transparent parts in the avy?
